This Pinot Noir is from the from the Mediterranean fringed vineyards of the Étang de Thau. This wine is a vivid ruby in colour with some violet reflections. You'll have aromas of blackberries, violets and liquorice, with a subtle spicing of juniper and pepper. It's soft and elegant on the palate, with silky tannins and enough freshness to deliver a well rounded and graceful profile.
