Sablet, Domaine Sibu, AOP Sablet, 2023 (organic)

From the sun soaked hills of Sablet, this is a bold and yet elegant blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvédre and Carignan. Having spent six months in concrete tank, this wine has a deep ruby in colour with intense aromas of blackberries, cherries and some subtle spice. On the palate it's full bodied with silky tannins and a generous fruit forward finish.
