A light and clear rosé with salmon reflections. This has a clear attack on the nose, a real explosion of fruit and frank complexity. The palate is fine and precise, with the fruit and fat covering the whole mouth. The structue has a long touch and brings a delicate complexity and a feeling of a light red wine.
