Pommeau de Normandie is a fortified apple aperitif from Normandy, made by blending one part Calvados to two parts of freshly pressed apple juice. This particular Pommeau then spends 36-48 months in an oak barrel. The result, is a beautiful, bright amber colour. Subtle aromas of cooked fruit, prunes, cherry, almond, cocco and honey will also be present.
Best served: Between 8-10 degrees
