Trilogie, Sangouard-Guyot, AOC Saint Véran , 2023

The vines of this Saint Veran yield a very fine and rich wine that is well known for it's minerality and floral undertones.  Vinification and ageing in 10 year old oak barrels and the fact that it comes from three terroirs (hence the name of the cuvee) give this wine such character and finesse, the balance here is absolutely delicious.
